Important Information regarding the current situation


If the event you booked has not explicitly been cancelled or postponed, it will take place.

Please note that Wien Ticket can only act exclusively on behalf of the event organizer. Without a specific order to that effect from the event organizer, we are not permitted to handle reimbursement requests.

All affected customers with email addresses have been or will be informed by us. We are in contact with all relevant event organizers to clarify the consequences for ticket buyers. Specific information about the individual events concerned is being sent to our customers on an ongoing basis. 


Some event organizers have decided to implement the voucher solution as devised by the Austrian government. You can find more information about the voucher solution here (in german language only).

Please note that we are currently prioritizing the handling of customer requests for which the event organizer has mandated us with arranging reimbursements. Customer requests regarding events for which we have not yet received permission from the event organizer to arrange reimbursements are being kept on file.
