Digital delivery

e-Ticket 

When selecting the shipping method “e-Ticket,” you will receive your tickets attached to your booking confirmation as a print@home ticket (PDF file) and as a wallet file. Please remember to either print out ALL print@home tickets or import the wallet file onto your smartphone. You can also find your print@home tickets and the wallet file (duplicates) in your personal login area (“My Vienna Ticket”) under “View purchase details."

For selected events, you have the option to choose the shipping method “FREE print@home.” After successful payment, you can access and print your ticket directly by clicking the “Print Ticket” button. In addition, your print@home ticket can be found in your personal login area under “View purchase details / FREE print@home.” You will also receive your ticket together with your confirmation email.

Please bring your printed print@home tickets with you to the event.

How does the print@home ticket work?

The barcode on your print@home ticket, which can only be used once, will be electronically validated at the event venue. Admission is based on the principle of “first entry.” This means that the print@home ticket with its unique identification that is scanned first will be considered valid. Any subsequent tickets with the same identification are automatically invalidated once the first ticket has been used.

Please keep your print@home tickets in a safe place and do not pass them on to third parties. Also make sure that your printer produces a clearly legible barcode to avoid delays during entry control.

To print the ticket, the program “Acrobat Reader” (at least version 5.0) must be installed on your computer. After that, you can print the ticket on any standard laser or inkjet printer with a clean print image, either in color or black and white, on A4 paper. If you do not have “Acrobat Reader,” you can download it for free here.

 

Wallet Ticket 

When selecting the shipping method “Mobile Ticket on Smartphone | Apple Wallet,” you will receive your mobile tickets as an email attachment to your booking confirmation. Please make sure to save ALL mobile tickets in your Wallet app!
