1. Deposit at WIEN-TICKET Center: When can I pick up my tickets at the WIEN-TICKET Center?

Tickets will be ready for collection immediately after you complete the order process. You can collect them with your booking number.

If you have specified an email address in your order  you will receive an ordering confirmation by email with your booking number. When ordering by telephone write down the confirmation number in case you are not able to provide an email address.

3. Deposit at the box office: When can I pick up my tickets at the box office?

Tickets will be ready for collection at the box office 1 hour prior to the event.

Tickets for events at the Wiener Stadthalle, Raimund Theater, Ronacher Theater and Theater an der Wien can also be collected with your booking number at the respective box offices during opening hours immediately after the order process.

4. What do I need to pick up tickets?

To collect your tickets, you will need a confirmation number (invoice, confirmation e-mail) and an ID with official photo.

5. I ordered tickets via www.wien-ticket.at, but I havent´t received a confirmation email. Has my order arrived?

Please contact our Customer Service kundenservice@wien-ticket.at or call +43.1.58885-583 (weekdays from 9 A.M to 5 P.M). We check if your order has been received. Please tell us the event name, your name and your contact information.

6. Why can´t  I register with My WIEN-TICKET?

If you know your customer number, please try to register with it instead of your email address. If login fails please contact our customer service by email kundenservice@wien-ticket.at or call +43.1.58885-583 (weekdays from 9 A.M to 5 P.M).

7. Where can I redeem my voucher?

If you buy tickets at WIEN-TICKET Pavillon at the Staatsoper, please present your voucher.
If you book through the WIEN-TICKET call center simply enter your voucher number.
If you want to book your tickets online, please enter your voucher number in the payment area.

Please note that some coupons can be redeemed only either in WIEN-TICKET Pavillon at the Staatsoper, WIEN-TICKET call center or online at www.wien-ticket.at!

8. The event for which I have booked tickets has been canceled. What should I do?

If you have purchased tickets through www.wien-ticket.at, WIEN-TICKET call center or WIEN-TICKET Pavillon at the Staatsoper send the original tickets with registerd mail to:

WIEN-TICKET will seek a rapid remittance of the ticket price in consultation with the event organizer.

If you have bought your tickets from an official WIEN-TICKET partner, please return your tickets at the place of purchase.

Information in case of cancellation/relocation is also available on www.wien-ticket.at under "Latest News".

9. The event for which I have tickets has moved or has been relocated. Unfortunately, I can´t attend the event at the new time, or at the new location. What can I do?

10. An event has been canceled / postponed / relocated. Why was I not informed?

WIEN-TICKET recommends to provide complete customer information to keep you informed if any change to the event occurs. Information on cancellations, postponements or change of location can be found on www.wien-ticket.at under "Latest News".

As a voluntary service WT Wien Ticket GmbH may contact customers who have purchased tickets electronically by e-mail, phone, letter by SMS or by post for an event that has been cancelled, postponed or changed in any other way, provided that the customers contact details are available.
WIEN-TICKET is not obliged to inform ticket holders in case of cancellations, postponement or change of location .

11. I lost my tickets or they were stolen. Who can help me?


Tickets are like vouchers. If they are lost or stolen no replacement ticket can be issued (risk of abuse).

However, if you have booked a clearly identifiable seat, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@wien-ticket.at or call +43.1.58885-583 (weekdays from  9 A.M to 5 P.M). We will contact the event organizer and try to find a goodwill solution. Please understand that any goodwill solution depends only on the judgemen tof the organizer and WIEN-TICKET has no influence on it.

12. I purchased tickets and can not attend the event. What can I do?

WT Wien Ticket GmbH sells tickets to customers in the name and on behalf of the organizer.

All ticket purchases are irrevocable and the return of tickets is non-refundable.
However, WIEN-TICKET offers a cancellation insurance in collaboration with the European travel insurance. A detailed overview of the Ticket Cancellation Insurance is available here.

13. My credit card was charged with the wrong amount.  What can I do?

Please contact our Customer Service kundenservice@wien-ticket.at  or call +43.1.58885-583 (weekdays from 9 A.M to 5 P.M). Please tell us the booking reference number and your contact information. WIEN-TICKET will check the payment and promptly correct any error.

14. How can I book wheelchair spaces?

It is not possible to book spaces for wheelchairs online.

The purchase of wheelchair tickets is only possible through the WIEN-TICKET customer service. The WIEN-TICKET Customer Service can be reached by phone at +43.1.58885 - 583 (weekdays from 9 A.M to 5 P.M) or by email to kundenservice@wien-ticket.at. Please note that some event organizers  prefer to handle the purchase of wheelchair tickets directly. In this case, we will forward your request to the event organizer.
