This concert program by the Gerhard Aflenzer Broadway Big Band was born out of a passion for the music of the so-called Rat Pack. The magnificent entertainers and vocalists OTTO JAUS and WERNER AUER will present the Rat Pack’s unforgettable hits and provide engaging and entertaining commentary. Enjoy the songs with which the Rat Pack once made every woman’s heart melt. From “Everybody Loves Somebody” and “Mr. Bojangles” to “New York, New York.” The special guest for this concert is NINA PROLL. The bandleader has once again succeeded in bringing the wonderful actress and singer on board for the tribute concert, following their collaboration in 2025. In addition to acting, Nina Proll also tours as a vocalist, releases albums, and has appeared in musicals such as “Cabaret.” She has also been a contestant on the TV shows “The Masked Singer Austria” and “Dancing Stars.” In 2018, she received the Romy Award in the category “Most Popular Actress in Film/TV Movie.” During the 2026–27 season, Nina will make her debut at the Salzburg State Theater and take on a leading role in the comedy “The Trouble in Chioggia.” “He’s the Mercedes among men,” is how Marlene Dietrich described Frank Sinatra. He’s the Rolls-Royce among entertainers—that’s how one might expand on the legendary diva’s remark.
