No other German-speaking duo—since the original Pirron&Knapp disbanded in 1961!!!—has managed to present all of PIRRON&KNAPP’s hits in a single show.
Now the audience can experience it live again—65 years later!
With the BLITZO to the TRÖPFERLBAD, with the GOGOMOBIL to BELLA VENEZIA, from CAMPING to the LÄNDERMATCH.
And that’s not all:
there are also crazy songs like “Die Telefonbuchpolka,”
“Der g’schupfte Ferdl,” or “Der Socken” are stored in the duo’s minds
and in their musical repertoire.

Thomas Strobl and Rainer Sokal met in 1986 while performing with JAZZ GITTI and her DISCO KILLERS. There, together with Jazz Gitti and their bandmates, they achieved sensational success:
a triple-platinum certification for 150,000 records sold, a sold-out performance at Vienna’s Stadthalle with 11,000 fans, the “World Music Awards” ceremony in Monte Carlo, countless TV appearances ranging from *Musikantenstadl* to the *ZDF-Hitparade*, and they became top-tier stage and entertainment professionals.
After the Disco Killers disbanded in the late ’90s, STROBL&SOKAL really took off as a duo. In 2000, they brought their first show, “IM TRÖPFERLBAD DER GEFÜHLE,” to the stage.
This was followed by the shows “KREUZ&QUER,” “FRISCH LACKIERT,” and “GLÜCK FÜR DIE WELT,” with TV recordings at the SIMPL cabaret and performances throughout Austria.
They are WORLD RECORD HOLDERS in PIRRON&KNAPP singing and know the most tongue-twisting cabaret classics inside and out.
