With a seemingly endless array of Christmas events to choose from, how do you find the right one? Salon Spontan has the solution: the ONE NIGHT ONLY CHRISTMAS SHOW!

Because here, you decide what will put you in a glittering, tinsel-filled Christmas mood even before you’ve had the very first vanilla cookie of the season.

What makes for both an unforgettable Christmas and a successful musical? Big emotions, an enchantingly decorated setting, palpable excitement, and, of course, atmospheric music.

We have none of that—not at all! We don’t have a script or a score either. In fact, we don’t have anything at all to start with.

But we have each other, the stage, and you, our esteemed audience!

And so we’ll create an unprecedented, one-of-a-kind evening full of theater, music, and Christmas magic. Maybe it’ll make you laugh, maybe it’ll make you cry—but it’s sure to be the most Christmassy Christmas musical in town!

For several years now, Salon Spontan has been the only improvisational theater ensemble in Austria to present full-lengthmusicals, with past performances at the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Vienna State Opera, guest performances throughout the German-speaking world, and monthly shows at the Atelier Theater in Vienna.

As always, the same applies to this Christmas version of their hit show ONE NIGHT ONLY: Every scene, every song, is created live and on the spot in front of the audience, out of thin air. Thus, their Christmas show is both a premiere and a finale all in one.
