*The "VIP Upgrade Chance to Win" promotion applies to all ticket purchases for the Donauinsel Open Air in the period from 15.05.2026 up to and including 10.06.2026. For every valid ticket purchase of at least 2 tickets, participation in the prize draw for VIP upgrades for the respective event days is automatic. 2 VIP upgrades will be raffled per event day. The VIP upgrade corresponds to the VIP ticket available for purchase and includes, among other things, access to the VIP area as well as included food and drinks and a preferred view of the stage. The winners will be selected at random from all valid ticket purchases and will be contacted after the end of the promotion period. A separate application or registration is not required. Contact will be made using the details provided when purchasing the ticket. All persons aged 16 and over who are resident in Austria are eligible to participate. Cash redemption, exchange or transfer of the prize is not possible. Wien Ticket reserves the right to adjust or terminate the promotion at any time in the event of misuse, manipulation or technical errors. Participation may be excluded in the event of misuse. Legal recourse is excluded. The personal data provided when purchasing tickets will be processed for the purpose of carrying out and processing the promotion.
